Prof. Wu-Yang Sean

Prof. Wu-Yang Sean is an Associate Professor at National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan.
He earned his PhD from The University of Tokyo in Environmental and Ocean Engineering.
His research covers numerical simulation, energy systems, industrial sustainability,
and marine-related engineering applications. He has published extensively on energy
optimization, environmental systems, and digital engineering, contributing to
interdisciplinary advancements at the intersection of mechanical, ocean,
and industrial engineering.

Prof. Mohd Fadzil Arshad
Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia

Prof. Mohd Fadzil Arshad is a Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, with expertise in construction materials, structural analysis, and sustainable infrastructure engineering. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and has published over 100 academic publications. He currently serves as the Head of Student Affairs at the College of Engineering, UiTM, and is actively involved in international research collaborations, professional consultancy, and postgraduate supervision. He is also a Professional Technologist (Ts) and former President of the Concrete Society of Malaysia.

Prof. Dr. Eng. Mohammad Abu Jamiin

Prof. Mohammad Abu Jami’in is a faculty member and the Head of the Research and Community Service Center
at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS). His academic expertise spans control systems,
automation engineering, and artificial intelligence applications in marine and industrial contexts.
He has contributed to various research projects and publications related to system modeling,
shipbuilding processes, and the integration of automation technologies into maritime education
and industry.
