Prof. Wu-Yang Sean

Prof. Wu-Yang Sean is an Associate Professor at National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan.
He earned his PhD from The University of Tokyo in Environmental and Ocean Engineering.
His research covers numerical simulation, energy systems, industrial sustainability,
and marine-related engineering applications. He has published extensively on energy
optimization, environmental systems, and digital engineering, contributing to
interdisciplinary advancements at the intersection of mechanical, ocean,
and industrial engineering.

Aji Vasudevan, MSc.
India — under confirmation

Aji Vasudevan is a MSAO (Member State Audit Officer) at the International Maritime Organization (IMO),
where he has served since 2017. He conducts IMO Member State audits and supports the implementation
of the IMO Member State Audit Scheme and related cooperation programs. With over 17 years of
experience at the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India, his expertise includes
maritime legislation, SOLAS and MARPOL compliance, port/flag State control, and international
maritime governance. He also served as Chair of the IMO Sub-Committee on Implementation of IMO
Instruments (III) in 2016.

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abu Jamiin

Prof. Mohammad Abu Jami’in is a faculty member and the Head of the Research and Community Service Center
at Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS). His academic expertise spans control systems,
automation engineering, and artificial intelligence applications in marine and industrial contexts.
He has contributed to various research projects and publications related to system modeling,
shipbuilding processes, and the integration of automation technologies into maritime education
and industry.
